  • Working with the managers of Markestic. A few examples below.
    Business development and marketing.
  • Managing all of Markestic’s financial and administrative tasks, from invoicing to maintaining our controlling system.
  • Organising our team building events.

  • Supporting HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, stb.

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheet (or Excel).

  • Intermediate English knowledge, including oral communication.

  • Proactivity and openness to learning new things and self-education. We’d rather hire a highly motivated team member with less experience than a more skilled one with very little ambition to progress.

Requirements

  • At least 5-10 hours per week. Up to 20 hours per week.
  • Curiosity about a truly digital agency. We use online tools to communicate. We don’t even have a printer in our office.
  • Precision at work. You will also look after our numbers. If you struggle with numbers and structures, this position is not for you. But if you like them, it’s the perfect choice.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheet (or at least Excel).
  • Intermediate English knowledge (at least in written communication).

Business development manager

Daily tasks

  • Let’s create and implement current projects together. Some ideas in our heads:
    • Fully automated HR recruitment process.
    • Building an international sales team.
    • Developing a better sales approach.
    • Opening a new market.
  • Establishing and documenting in-house procedures.
  • Process optimisation in any area.
  • Building strategic partnerships in Hungary and elsewhere.

  • A Business Development Manager would be responsible for different bizdev projects. With either one or multiple ones, and has to make sure the projects are implemented.

Marketing Manager

Daily tasks

  • Defining the priorities and the strategy of marketing, communication and lead generation of Markestic.

  • Coordinating and implementing the marketing activities of Markestic.

  • These are just ideas below. The components of the strategy are flexible.

    • PPC: Overseeing PPC activities (we have PPC specialists to manage campaigns if required).

    • PR: Online PR (we have a partner agency to outsource at least a part of this task).

    • Offline PR (conferences, etc.)

    • SEO and content creation

    • Social Media Management

    • Content creation

    • Case studies, e-books, webinars.

    • Email marketing

  • Online presence. You don’t have to code websites or anything, but you are required to have basic knowledge of landing websites, web analytics, etc. to maintain our online presence.

  • Coordinating and implementing the lead qualification process.

  • Building the Markestic CRM structure.

  • Marketing and/or communication experience.

  • Agile personality. Things need to get done and/or pushed if they get stuck.

  • Proactive and independent project management. You’ll get all the support you need initially, but at some point you’ll have to take the lead!

  • Since we are targeting the international market, English must be mastered at an advanced level, otherwise the position will focus only on the Hungarian market, which may also be fine.

Requirements

  • You have fresh ideas or hands-on experience on how to do B2B marketing.

  • You’re open to diving a little deeper into digital marketing. A customer success manager needs to understand what each tool is capable of, what each tool does. Not necessarily at a very deep level, but at least at the level of coordination and formulation.

  • Counseling, coaching attitude to help Clients define their needs and goals.

  • Advanced English knowledge (in case the client portfolio consists of international clients as well)
